Thread: weight????

Here's something I read and I'm lost with the yield number. sometimes they give 2 numbers, one for indoor and one for outdoor. The outdoor is gr/plant and the indoor is gr/m2. If the plant yields 650gr/m2 or 650gr/plant, are they the same thing???

650g/m2 is 'normal' yield for an experienced gardener, in a 1x1 meter square, under 1000w HPS lighting. You can get up to 4 plants in a 1m x 1m floorspace. You can place up to 16 plants under a 1000w HID, but that's pretty cramped, and might cost you some in yield as a result of packing them in.

An outdoor yield of 650g/plant is just that. One plant, 650 grams dried. (approximate)
