help me cool my grow room

So a few years ago I had a grow room set up with 2 1kw lights, and 1 400 watt light, in a 10 x 10 bedroom. That was my first grow ever and I never got to the harvest cuz I ended up in the hospital for 3 days and by the time I got back my plants were all dead. When I had that grow room, I powered each 1kw light with a 6" 465cfm inline fan, that was venting into the bedroom next to it. It was a passive intake and I didn't bother to hook up the other end of the ventilation system from the window in the room. I really had no idea what I was doing but I figure it worked fine since my plants were doing well, or at least I thought they were.
Now, I'm about to set up my next grow room with 2 1kw switchable lights, and I plan on cooling each one with a 6" 465cfm inline fan, same as my other op. They will both be on 6 ft light rails. But the house I'm in, there is no bedroom next to the grow room, so I can't vent into another room. Is it possible to have a passive intake from the ceiling and having it vent to the window? Would it also help to get a window AC unit? If that vent system doesn't work, then what would be the best way to cool my grow room?
Also, I plan on growing up to 100 buds under the 2 lights, is that enough?

Not enough info really. Do you have a crawl space under your house? Definitely don't vent outside. The cops have thermals that can see that heat plume coming out of the house. If you have central air, that'll help. But I don't see how you're going to cool 2400W of heat with two little 6" fans. It's a good start, but you've got to find a place to evacuate the heat. Don't get a window A/C! You'll likely have light leaks, odor seeping out, and your CO2 will also be sucked out of the room along with the air. If you do SOG, you might get that many plants under a couple lights, but it's really pushing it. You probably need more like four lights. And you might consider LEDs if you can't get the heat down. I had two 1000W HPS in my basement, and replacing them with LEDs was the only way I could get the heat down. In a basement no less....

hey thanks for your input. I don't have a crawl space, its only a 2 bedroom apartment and the bedrooms aren't connected. But if necessary I can get a 3 bedroom house so I can vent into another room. This setup is just for the first harvest, and after that, I'm going to set up a veg room and use these lights just for flowering. LEDs aren't really in my budget right now. The reason I want to grow up to 100 buds is cuz thats the maximum allowed with a medical card in the county I'm living in. It doesn't necessarily have to be 100 buds, but if I can get good yield with less buds, that would be even better. So I don't know what growing method would be the best for this setup? I don't know if I can fit 4 1kw lights in there, cuz even with 2kw of light thats already more than what this county allows.

your question is very vague. You can run a decent size room on 2k's worth of lighting, how many? depends on how well u can fit them in there. The best way to keep the room cool is to use air cooled hoods, it doesnt matter where the air comes from or where it goes, just make sure you have them sealed off from the room. Aside from that u need to way to keep the rest of the room cool, an AC unit would work well, and then u could use a carbon scrubber to pull air from the room and vent it out side, this will keep the air fresh in the room. If your not worried about smell, then u dont need to seal off the hoods, or use a carbon scrubber
