Im not here to tell people what cars suck and which ones are great. It personal preference and leave it at that.
If u got something wrong with honda keep it to urself, i can understand ppl talkin how there 85 civic is the shit, but new hondas most new ones, are better and more reliable then what bmw and vw put out.
My car right now can eat a 325, and is about alittle faster then a 330, if u want to count the sport packages they sell for 3 grand, my 1k coilovers hold the road better.
Like just shut up about it, no one cares and u piss people off like me who own a honda worth bragging rights.

oh as for imports, i have personally been in a high speed pursuit... in the back seat of a nissan 240sx... like a 92-93 model... no upgrades... we reached speeds over 120 mph... i'd still prefer muscle... but imports aren't nessicarily weak ass slow cars...
it took a bit longer to get to that speed than if we were in an old school camaro or firebird... but it did hit those speeds none the less...

Oh yeah my v-tech v6 will fuckin eat you in gas mileage. while ur sitting at the pump paying out the ass for gas on ur domestic.

i plan on racing once i get out of debt. I have a hook up in the car field so i cant wait to start. Nothing like driving fast.... i love the rush.. my mother died in a car accident so i know the consequence of driving fast.. but for some reason that still dosent slow me down.. I have no fear on the road when im driving alone.. NOW when theirs people in my car i will not speed i refuse.. i refuse to be the cause of a family missing that person if something were to happen.. And i fi do speed its nuthen compared to what i drive in the middle of the night.. I raced a 2006 mustang gt up the san bernardino mountains in california.. WOOPED his ass in my honda.. its all about how you drive not just the speed and power of your car.. remember that

gas milage isnt worth bragging about. horsepower is. and mustang gt's are nothing special. they're sports cars for 50 year old moms... aka, not sports cars. they're dec. in a straight line, but my motto is that the only mustang worth having is a cobra.
and oh, top speed of 120-135? so? that doesnt mean jack shit. i've done just under 120 in a 10 year old suburban.

Yea I second that... 135 is nothing like i was in my friends evo 6 and we where doing 145... (he has put alot into that car)
And most bikes laugh at speeds of 120-135. I hit 165 on a 2002 Yamaha FZ1 that was nuts. cars cant touch that.
And there is alot of amercian muscle that cant beat 150's.
Botom line you can die at speeds below 30 so speed is something you earn from experience not by just getting a car.

oh god oh no! mind u this is my everyday car, this isnt like some car that sits in my garage driven on the weekends. tell me u drive around in this car everyday doing ur normal shit. not all hondas are bad cars...but it's kids that go out and buy a cheap honda and dump alot of cheap parts into that go out and slam into other cars,telephone poles and people while "street racing"... I owned a 1993 acura Integra (which in my book is just an expensive Honda)...I loved that car, because it was mine...I took pride in the b18 under the hood...it's nothing special none of that vtak crap..run of the mill 4 banger...but hell it was fun to drive and it was pretty reliable considering the shape it was in when I got it
and the whole import or domestic thing.. theres no defining lines anymore... Euros and Imports stepped up with bigger motors and bigger cars/trucks... while Domestics have stepped their game up in the handling department... A cars a car regardless of the country of origin...they can all go fast and handle perfect..if your willing to invest the time and money... I really hate it when people argue over the import vs. domestic stuff... Depending on your point of view you've got a different answer...
edit: and theres a difference between bragging and having pride... I don't brag about my 4 banger in my 240..but I have pride in my 240 so I let everyone know...

I just sold my 68 Camaro, it's a good time to cash in on those. . .
I am currently driving a 06 Civic, while I work on a few project cars. I am doing some major body work on a 71 beatle (hush hush), I am playing with this porsche 911 till I am ready to scrap it for parts , and I am also messing with this 1987 Ford Tempo, which I am driving to the grave. I have been pushing the hell out of this Tempo's 4cyl but it just doesnt want to quit. It is held together with electrical tape and random spot jobs. The original plan was to drop a small block in it but I got over it. I have had a few cars in my time, but to me the only cars that really matter are the classics. Imports to me are just a faze that most people get over, but then are stuck with a tricked out car that nobody wants. Anything American from 45-72 gets much respect from me, especially if you toss in a nice 450. . .
