I did not know where to post this, but here it goes. First off I want to say I was public humiliated and embarrassed yesterday. It was a nice day, happened to take a stroll around my local county park, so a few birds that I never saw before, so I took my camera out. I sometimes take my camera with me so if something neat catchs my eye, I can snap it. Anyway im in the park an so far took about 6 or 7 snaps of some birds. One bird caught my eye, it had a brown head never saw it beofre. So as im walking all of a sudden some women, kid a man come after me. Im like whats this? Maybe they lost a dog or something. No way! The bitch flat out pointed at me and said im taking pictures of kids!!!! Im like what the fuck are you talking about lady? I never took a picture of any kid anywhere at anytime. So I get extremely defensive and upset, so much I almost go at it with the guy, I calmed down before I made a situation worse, in which I had nothing to do with. She says im calling the cops!! Go ahead I said. I have not done one thing wrong and on top of that im being falsely accused of something I hate and would absolutely would never do. Any way the people keep attacking me, where are you from, whats your name, where do you work, the guy is asking. I responded to every single one of his questions none of you fucking business. Police show up....First local, they check me out, first thing I did was give the officer my camera and he looked at every picture....NOTHING....JUST BIRDS and some pics of the flood. County cops show up, pat down and the interrogation is under way. I was as calm as could be at this point, but nervous as hell possibly facing going to jail for something completey untrue and unfounded. They run my name through several different computers...NOTHING...Than they are talking to the women who insists I was taking pictures of her kid. I feel so upset and nervous and horrible, the worst thing you can go through. Anyway 50 min elapse and the cops finally say you can leave....About 10 kids beatween 12 and 14 follow me...there like hey dude we were on your side man...Than they were loke fuck that bitch, they told me her name and where she worked in the high school. Anyway I felt better after this, but I am extremely concerned about my good name and this bitch attempting to defame it. I will call some lawyers today, but I already feel it's a lost cause. She accused me of a very serious allegation and her boyfriend....I was mentally raped infront of a alot of people in a public park. Who knows what people think. My record speaks for itself, and further more I hate people like that pedophiles and stuff they deserve to rot in the depths of hell. And that what these people are trying to say I was? How the hell can they say I was taking pictures of kids when I did not even see them until they came up to me. Im imagining they must have seen me for then 100 yards away and just decided to go after my because I had a camera and took a picture and they thought it was of their kid??? I need to get back at this person...there is no way I will let my good name or what happened to me go...

I am really sorry you were harassed and publicly humiliated like that. It has to do a number on your head. Don't do anything rash. Trying to get back at this woman would almost vindicate her. If she found out you were trying to do something to her, it would seem like you really were guilty and you are now threatening her. Be very carefully man. Think, be reasonable, and stay safe.

Do you ever wander how many people are sitting in prison for being falsley accused? I was almost one of those people. I was accused of rape 11 years ago by this psychotic chick. We did have sex there were other people at the party I was at. To this day I dont know why she accused me of rape, but I did find out that she had spent time in a mental institution prior to accusing me. I have no hard feelings toward her personally. I was and still am pissed at my sorry lawyer and the freakin legal system. I was arrested almost a year after having sex with her right at election time. The sherriff had to make a name for himself, I guess. Me being ignorant of the law. I was scared as hell. I didnt want to go to prison, especially with that kind of charge. I would have to keep a good supply of anbesol to shove up my ass. They took a statement from her that was full of bs and they wouldnt listen to me, or take any kind of statement from me. I was being railroaded in a small town in Arkansas. I was arrested on a class Y felony and was offered a plea bargain for a class A misdemeanor assault. Now I always undertood assault to mean that you beat somebody up or something. She was not beat up when I left the house early the next morning, and I heard she didnt have any signs of being raped when she went to the hospital. My lawyer did tell me that there was another pubic hair besides mine on her, but we couldnt bring that up in court. He also didnt tell me that even if I took the plea bargain (which I did because I was scared as hell of going to prison), that even when I had my record expunged after five years like they said they were going to do, and they did. I didnt realize that I would be plastered all over the internet as being arrested and charged for rape, and then pleading guilty to a misdemeanor assault.
Dont ever plead guilty to something you didnt do. The police use scare tactics to keep control over you. I know how you feel when you say that you want to get back at her, but what do you do without getting into worse trouble? I started studying magick, I know a lot of people dont believe in it, but I do, and I have seen it work. My lawyer died from a fall about 5 years ago, and that piece of shit small town has a new sherriff. I learned what to do on the astral plane to give my foes a negative outcome. I moved away from that town when my probation was up.
If you cant get someone back on the physical plane, your screwed, but you can always use the astral. I also believe that the three fold law, and charma are bs. If someone wrongs you in any way, then you are justified in getting back at them. This is the first book I read on Magick, and it has been the best book I have ever studied. Its called, "Modern Magick." Im sure that you can still get it from amazon. If You have a picture of that chick that falsley accused you, or the dude that confronted you, I would keep it because you will need those pictures once you learn what to do. Altho i think that if you are unjustly wronged those laws dont apply.
Those laws are set in place to ward off anyone wanting to do harm to anyone for no reason at all. it keeps order in a chaotic universe.
all that bad energy has to go somewhere. maybe thats hell or even a manifestation of the devil. but if you keep putting out bad energy into the "universal Karma bank" one day you will get a refund with interest.

someone who's not guilty, atleast of 'thinking' (no proof there) if nothing else... has no reason to feel that 'scared'... i mean maybe if you were sitting in jail, falsely accused being scared would be understandable... obviously there's something fucked up about your case...

but you're not in jail, you just got called out by some lady, and you start feeling scared? i dunno that part throws me off... i woulda been pissed... and i would have gladly offered up the camera as proof... but i wouldn't feel fear... that's what i'm confused about. i mean yeah, it's a fucked up situation, i just can't understand why you'd be scared..... that's just me, i'm not saying she was right... you said the cops looked on the camera, so shit it's over...

sometimes justice nails the innocent ones. And when your staring down a barrel of a 4 to 5 (sentence) I think it would make you at least feel a bit intimidated.
Sometimes the cops like to play things up and make things seem to be what they are not. haven't you ever watched COPS? Ever see the cop catch a man with a pipe on him and treat him like a mass murderer but later the same cop catches a burgler wife beater and treats him with respect?
When your falsely accused of something then you can truely say if you were not scared.

if youre in public you can take pictures of anything, ANYTHING!! you have not only done nothing wrong but what she was accusing you of was not even illegal. as long as youre on public property, what you photograph doesnt matter. how do you think fuckin paparazzi get incriminating and embarrassing pictures of all those celebrities?theyre on public property. dont trip man, people are fucking idiots!!

Well let me say this...I certainly don't feel scared now, and when I did say scared was only beacause i thought these pricks were gonna pull me in for nothing. Thanks for the support and advice.

well... if i were you, i would start a cause against her for falsely accusing you. There is a legal name for it, i think its defamation. Any lawyer knows it. So, you would ask for an indemnification, for her false accusations. I heard this kind of thing is very common in the USA, so there is a great chance you got a lot of money from that bitch.

Called several lawyers...One said he was all ready to go with a case he called a slam dunk....on my way to his office calls me and says tghe case is not so good dont come in...Im like heta the fuck we set the appointment a week ago, is this a fuckin joke I feel. He does not see me and gives me some copies out of a book about defamation. Unreal.
