*this site changed a bit since i was last here so my bad if this post is not in the right place*

anyways, last night i took 2 really big hits of some good MJ and i felt really weird. my chest felt weird and i had to calm myself down and breathe in a paper bag. it was kinda scary b/c this doesnt happen to me often.

can anyone tell me wtf that is? should i be worried? how can i prevent it the next time?
