Hey Godbud - Those buds look nice and full. Could you take some pics of them with the HPS off and just the flouro on? It is really hard to see the details of the bud with the HPS on and I have noticed buds look a lot better with just a flouro wjile taking pics. What is ALIEN NLX - is that a northern lights cross?

Sure man I will take some without the HPS. I have heard that the NLX is like Northern Lights crossed with WW but dont hold me to it.

Godbud if you can adjust the EV compensation...make the picture lighter/darker....make it darker in stages while taking pictures with the lights off and just use the flash like before and you'll find the pictures come out way better...you'll be able to make out much finer bud detail while the background will be kinda dark...but who cares the buds are the money shot anyway

...they look sweet though I'm envious

You'll have to keep postin on the progress

About 25 days till prime pickens! They reek pretty good! I took a sample leaf last night to examine under the scope checking the trichs then popped it in my mouth and it tasted like sweet candy hard to explain I am sure its going to turn out pretty good for my first hydro grow!

I pulled a couple of nugs from the bottom of the plant. I dried them for 5 to 6 days then smoked some. If my stone is any indication from these buds then the colas are going to be fricken insane! I know everyones tolerance is different but from my perspective this is some pretty good weed. Well worth the investment of time. Very forgiving plant!

400 W conversion bulb. Used MH for the first 7 weeks then switched to HPS. Got a side light 2500 lumens for the hell of it. Not sure if its helping. Cant be hurting. Anyway not bad for my first hydro attempt. looks like I am destined for some pretty good schwaggggg.

hey, i'm currently doing NLx, at what height did u flower and how big did they get...i only have 5 ft head space and am getting a lil worried bout the potential height...mine are about 6-9in. tall

Ive got 20 Alien NLX seeds , got them as freebies from a couple of order's from growshopalien. I checked on there forums and Alien NLX is northern lights x white widow. Your plants look very nice bro I might have to pop some of those nlx seeds. Have you harvested ? I would like a smoke report of this strain: taste, high , smell ect . Also yeild and any thing about this strains growing you can tell me. Thanks , sorry for asking so many questions but like I said I have these seeds and would like more info on the strain.

Hey peeps sorry about the hiatus took a break. The NLX treated me good. I had one female plant. Harvested 135 grams cured 1 plant

As far as how tall shes gonna get well, I vegged for about 6 1/2 wks and flowered 8 weeks and she got about 4ft max.

As far as taste and smell. Its got a really pungent aroma and has that sweet taste with all them trichs with the resin glands. These trees get better every week. I keep em sealed in canning jars. This was my first hydro grow I was very pleased with the NLX. I wanted to use the NLX for the ginny pig to get my thumbs green. I think I will go with some Jack Herer or Thai next go around. The NLX is very forgiving. Just give er some good ole TLC and you will come out smiling!

Oh I forgot to mention the high. I go for the psychoactive high so I harvested earlier than some may. Its personal choice. Pickem early and you wont be sprawled out on your couch eating cheetos the entire day. The NLX starts it the head and slowly goes to the body. Eyes go red really fast. Its an on the go strain as you are able to perform daily routine shit without saying fuck it I will do that shit tomorrow wheres that leftover pizza from last night.
