Never heard of it. I guess some one on oxy for health should of tried it by now. The more oxy you can get in the water the better but like lord says might not be the bang you want. Oh it's carbon dioxide you really want the room full of. Seems like you would want C02. It would keep the water temp low and fill the room too. You would nee meters and a good ventilation system for the room. C02 would be dangeruos in a living space for peeps. Give it a try and let us know. My dad is on oxy the house stays full. I also know people who walk around with those portable units smoking cig's and don't blow up.

Think about what your asking. C02 is not absorbed by the roots. It is absorbed by the leaves!

Peace

You sure Zero CO2 gets absorb through the roots? You pump air into the resevior. This air has CO2 in it also. Hmm.

As I understood it, the plants need Air for the CO2 in the air, even in the roots. But I am to new at all this to take my thoughts on this. I do put a Duel Air pump with two air stones in my Resevior tank. Even on my Ebb & Flow system.

If you used a reactor such as this

Ozone/Oxygen Reactor - Pet Solutions

and had it running a loop with it's own pump from your res through the reactor to the res again. You would experience crazy growth rates. Your water would become super saturated with oxygen which is what roots love...yes O2.

you'd probably need a 5lpm Oxygen Generator which can be found on ebay for differing prices.
eBay: OXYGEN BAR GENERATOR (item 320101206506 end time Apr-13-07 18:26:22 PDT)

This generator is better considering it can do 10lpm at 85% concentration. You would have super high DO levels in your res.. everything in a garden would grow faster and bigger.

eBay: Oxygen generator for oxygen bar (item 220080263184 end time May-08-07 17:18:35 PDT)

Honestly this is really something you would want to do only after you have everything else dialed in. Lighting, CO2, autodosers for PH/and Nutes., Chiller, dehuey ect. ect. ect.
