might be a silly question, but which seeds r best for with Hydroponics, some one mentioned to me that some root systems r better than others, just wondered if any one had any advice, as its my firs grow with Hydroponics

No such thing as a " best" strain for hydro- Hydro's a technique, which will be appropriate for some situations, and not others.

Generally, though, hydro is associated ( in terms of this plant) with intensive indoor cultivation- you wanna look for a strain that will work well with the style of grow you're setting up. This is often a relatively compact indi/sat with limited stretch and a shorter flowering time.

If you've grown before, you might want to start w/ a variety that you're familiar with, as this will make it easier to troubleshoot any problems which might arise.

If you can say more about the style/design of the op, it'll be easier for folks to give meaningful input.

I can tell you that skunks, AK's, , NL's, c99's and diesel thrive to the point of overgrow in hydro.

As stated above. you have to determine what to grow, by evaluating the dimensions of your grow space. Peace

Look for 'Does well in a sea of green setup' in the strain description... Squat plants that don't shoot up to the ceiling when flowered... if you can find bluemoonrocks seeds that would be one example of a strain with very limited stretch.
