Should I remove the rockwool from the roots?

I grew a few started in rockwool and want to move them into the hydroton with a constant drip.Do I remove the rockwool or leave it on?If I leave it on, it gets soaked wich I'm not sure if thats good or not.

Just transplant them into the hydrotron containers with the rockwool on.
They hold water but also allow oxygen to get to the roots.

In a constant drip I'm not to sure about this.

If you tried to remove them there is root matter there that could get damaged and stress your plant.

Watering should be done
.5 to 1 hr after the light go on
and .5 to 1 hr after the light go out for about 20 minutes.
The air is part of the groth process, and root rot can and will happen.
But first mark all plants, clone , and start clones
This give's you two things replacment for the males you find and more for the next crop.
Next looks like you do not have them at max groth rate.
Jack up the nuts in 100 ppm till you have a 1/16 leaftip burn.
The idea of hydro is to maximize the groth.
Have a real good meter , watch you plants , they will tell you where the max. groth takes place.
After you have grown a few thousand plants it gets boaring !!

You can even plant the cubes if you want to move to soil, never remove them or you'll be ripping your roots into pieces
