ok, so heres the thing...i'm now in the blooming(12hrs cycle) for about 7 weeks now,
and because i 've spent too much time before(about 4months) until now, its taking hellof a longtime to bloom i guess..
and thats making me VERY anxious that for how long it will take from now...can somebody tell me wen i'll b able to see my babys bloom..? i mean,, it will bloom right??
and another thing....its starting to look bad in the lower areas. the leaves are becoming brown, fall off dead, and starting to look like a straight desert!!! but upper leaves are lookin great, with some white-hair pistols. & i thought that it was the light that cant reach the bottom of the plant(because of low ceiling) and at the sametime dried-out....? can someone PLEASE TELL ME!! is there anyway i can make them recover? reproduce green leaves from now? i dont give them co2 but i keep them healthy with the PH, nutrients, spray water everyday, change water once a week. I'M SORRY this message is so damn long but please if anyone got answers, tell me....I NEED HELP!!

If you have been in flower for 7 weeks you should be seeing trichcombes

If you have a magnifying glass look closely at the trichcombes. Look for clear, cloudy, and amber. The ratio of them will let you know how far along you are, but after 7 weeks you should be seeing cloudy ones (I would think unless its a longer maturation pheno) There is information all around here for when to harvest.

As to your actual plant problems I would say you have 1 of 2 things going on.
1.) Your plant is nearing the end of its cycle and is naturally feasting on its leaves in and effort to gain more energy for those non-pollinated flowers.
2.) Some combination of lack of Nitrogen, heat, or other issue.

Maybe someone else has a idea.
If it were me I would look for trichs (resin glands) and determine what stage you are in then if your nearing done I would just start flushing. After 7 weeks you have to be in latter stages of maturation, unless it needs more time.

so what u r saying is that its not much of a problem even if the bottom part of the plant looks like a desert? and it wont recover???
what about co2? i'm not giving them co2 at all. just water and nutrients. is that not good?
sorry for asking so many questions but i need to know becuz i dont want my babies to die because of ignoring some serious points...
does spraying water firmly make them recover by any chance? or make them healthy??

Well it would depend on what stage its in, from here with no pics it is normal for leaves to yellow and die off as it is absorbed, starting from the bottom. Now if you were in veg or early flower I would say you have a nitrogen def.
Not sure about C02 but I wouldnt think that was your problem. Water and nutes is all they need just make sure you aren't over feeding and if they are indeed in later stages of growth then you can start to slow the Nitrogen to them as they dont require hardly any. Check your pH also.

If your in flower I wouldn't because the water will have a hard time evaporating and could cause budrot or mold. Also do you have flowers? If not or if you have small flowers you could be looking at a light leak issue. Post some pictures so maybe someone else has some more ideas.

flowers? do u mean by budding? its starting to bud / have white pistols on the plant but its staying small...
and yes, its been 7 weeks past and more and more pistols(white hairs) coming out but remaining small.. so i'm not sure how far the stage it is in, and when it would be the time for harvest(i'm trying to figure that timing as i look at the plant). i want u to understand that its my first time growing so i lack of knowledge..
whats the best way to manage nitrogen and how?
tell me some tips how to make a fat budd!!! cause mine looks like it wont budd bigsize. or do u think it will after a while..?

Make sure you dont have light leaking in your dark cycle because after 7 weeks you should be in full swing.
