Exclamation Bubblers! INFO

Ok bubblers seem like there the simplest and easiest system to build and maintain. How is a bubbler operated? If built, what exactly is needed to have a plant thrive in this system without dripper rings?

How do i keep a clone growing in it long enough to have the roots reach the water and nute solution beneath the net pot? This is my main concern. Do i put such a high level of water that the bottom layer of the hydroton will be in the water?

A bubbler is nothing more than an air pump, airstones and a res. To make one is the easiest thing ever. Decide where your going to grow and how many plants you want. After you know this then you can shop for a container you want to make your bubbler. The water level should be high enough for the hydroton pebbles to be soaked until the roots are grown at least an inch or two under the net pot. After your roots are long enough you don't have to really worry about water level but keeping it up is not bad either. Hope this helps.

Well some people don't like to have more than one plant per pot. Which is cool. And others grow scrog or sog or in a small space and decide to go with dwc. Everyone just has their own method. I use a bubbler which is DWC for cloning and veg. And drip with bubblers for flower.

Experiment and find out to see where you end up.
