I just got some HyOx additive. It says to add to res 2-3 times a week. I am confused about the directions. Will someone that knows this please help.

10 Gallons of water in res and I want to add HyOx in. What is the proper mix. I dont want to fry my plant!

I've never used this product, but if you just want the math, you need 40 ml for your reservoir. Other than that, the directions seem pretty clear.

1 mil per litre
10 gallon is 38 litres
in a 10 gal you would need to add 38 ml which is approx 1.3 ounces.

Thanks fellas but to be more clear, I want to pre mix the ammounts of concentrate you suggest with water then I want to pour it in the res. The ratio is 6:1 I understand what it means sort of but its the pre mixing I am struggling with.

Forgive my ignorance

Take th 1.3 oz.s of HyOx, mix it with 8 oz. of water and dump it in your reservoir.

OK, ok ...for psychocat's benefit, mix it with 7.8 oz. water.
