bud taste like chlorophil
why does my bud take bad i dried it for 5-7 days and cured for 1 week?

smokealot sounds right. I would guess you gave the plant too much N in the last week or weeks of its life. You need to stop with the nutes about 1-2 weeks before harvest and just give it plain water. Another possibility is that you didnt cure long enough or didnt air out the curing buds often enough. Personally, 1 week is never enough curing for me. Good news is, if that seems likely, you can just pop em back in the jar for a few more weeks and air them out a couple times a day.
On the up side, you don't have to be dry while curing. You can still get high from the curing buds as they cure, but it'll still probably taste like chlorophyl. |

If you are running a heavy fertilizer, even in soil, it's important to flush your plant well before harvest. Giving it any N too late in flower is going to encourage chlorophyll production. You want to RESTRICT nitrogen in flower. I consider it a good thing to see significant yellowing a week before harvest- that tells me the chlorophyll is breaking down and not being replaced.
