hi there everyone this is my first time using hydrophonics.
so ive only planted one plant to saee how it turns out,well its actually a clone from my last grow with ak48 it didnt turn out very well thou8gh due to a def i couldnt work out but thanks to gainesville green i found it was a calcium def shame the plant was too far gone,caught the clone in time though so it should be ok.i also have 2 more planted in soil one a shrivelling wreck and ones a retard its got like 2 fingers on some leaves so i callit that.now then,i have an aquafarm system dip irrigation the PH is 6.0 and EC is twelve after ferts.oh before i forget i am using substra vega and canna flores for my grow it says use 400ml each of parts A/B with 100litres of water.so i only have bout a 10 litre resivoir so take a 0 off the 400ml and 100litres would be 40-ml in 10 litres of water.im only using 10ml at the moment a quarter of the recommended dosage till the clone gets a little bit bigger.the lights are on 18/6 at the moment heres some pics http://img131.imageshack.us/img131/4...0014mj0.th.jpg

it hasd caused nothing but problems growing in soil but i thought ill try it one last time coz hydro crops look bangin any advice and comments welcome

hey herb the question i was asking was how to get pics up on this thread but i found out how to with the search icon at the top of the page thanx for the interest in helping me though and are you a hydro grower maybe you could gime some insight into growing hydro as thiis is my first time. im a smoker of thisd wicked crop so im lazy at times and the aqua farm is really easy to use i need some basic pointers if anyone can help

now then my plant has grown very little in the hydro due to the fact i had problems with the new timer my mate got for me.It didnt seem a problem an seemed to be workin fine but i didnt check to see,until today. the timer has been off for three days and what still ceises to amaze me is the plant is really dark on the leaves and looks healthier than all the other plants i have grown,WEIRD. Nywaze i have sorted the timer and it is running three times a say,once when the lights come on,once at midday(according to the timer)and once about half an hour before the lights turn off.The pump runs for half an hour at a time,is this correct because im not sure,guess ill have to wait for a few days to see how the plant reacts.ok so iv covered the timer,how the plants growin,OH YES the plant that im growin in soil WOW this bitch has grown like wildfire,shes like the plant of all plants,the day of the triffids,the little shop of horrors even.its just amazin and the best part of all thanks to basementbotany is that i persuaded my mom(so embarrasin)not to move back to our old estate so i got as long as i like to grow this crop wehey.the lights are on 18 hours and she stinks to high heaven.i got nothing but trust in this crop it seems to be a whopper and does anybody have any idea on yield for

how much bigger do you think this plant will grow if i turned the lights down to 12/12 because one plant that i grew b4 grew lik 2and half times her original size and ended up like 6ft,i had to tie the top down.well thats it for now and ill post sum pics soon as i get my cam back which will props be tuesday.
