will this wrok for my dwc clones?

the clones R around 2 to 2 1/2 weeks after they started growing there roots.
and now there roots R around 3-4 inchs long each.

so should I start useing some of this on me clones. I was gunna try to get them good and bushy befor I flower them. and they R all cloned from my 3 out door plants.

hmm arnt they a little young to start with nutes? im not sure myself at least try doing 1/4 streng
