Does anybody here ever worry about getting charged with a conspiracy for helping a Fed. or DEA agent
"set up his grow"

Some of the questions that keep getting asked on this forum sound like a set up.

Personally I am a legal grower in my state,but I am starting to wonder about this as a real possibabilty.

Maybe those boys are thinking of getting into the business after they get their pink slips and need knowlegable people to help them learn the growing ropes. Don't think they don't see the potentialgold in them thar hills either!!!

Its why you should always use care when discussing the issue, even if you're legal. Its not paranoid if its true, is my phylosophy.

It sounds like that sometime to me too. However if all they have to do at work is go after conspiracy to grow MJ, then I think they need some downsizing and save us some money. We have tooooooo many law enforcement agencies now. The right to information act and conspiracy to help someone do something of this small nauture would seem ludicrus. even if you show pic's of your grow it is not enough to get a warrant. You might of gotten pic's anywhere. Some one has to put the finger on you live and in person. I know.

If I were a legal grower I think I would be paranoid a bit too. I would use the info I could read but not be much help to anyone. I maybe leagal some day, I hope.

I have refrained from "contributing" from this section for the exact same reason. Have there ever been any shady activity reports from posters yet? I would think someone would flag it on this board ASAP.

I think its your first amendment right! We all know NAMBLA from South Park, what they do is legal as long as they don't touch kids. they have detailed books with illustrations instead of pictures of how to find and rape boys. This is there freedom of speech. I can tell a cop how to cook crack or how to use heroin and they can't do shit.

I feel the feds have more interest at the border where tons are coming over . That is where they should put their resources not here. But I do hear your concern I am a bit spooked out on this site too

I know what you mean. I have wondered if maybe law enforcement have embedded themselves into the forums and we view them as just another username. This is why I am very smart and careful about what I post and pictures I put up. I don't really think the feds are worried about "Joe the pot grower" unless it's a big operation. They should be more concerned with the heroin, meth, oxy, coke, speed freaks out there.

A reasonable concern since we have all seen the kind of rediculous conduct that Leo the cowardly lion is capable of, but all we can do is take care, post with some descretion and hope that they are actually busy with real police work. I just hope this thread doesn't turn out to be the train wreck that the "getting busted from this site" thread did. That one brought out some doozie posts.
