Watering Schedule? (Halo System)

Hey guys,
just wondering..

If im using a ring drip system (halo) in hydroton. What watering schedule do you guys recommend?

At the moment im using a 24/7 watering schedule but from what i've read this may be stopping the roots getting good oxygen.. Is this true??

p.s i have a large air stone in the rez too..

I'd either run them 24/7 or shut them off during light off. I've done it both ways and it didn't seem to make a difference.

I don't run a halo but my drips are 24/7. I cut back to every 2 hours for 15 minutes and no dif but when I go every 4 hours I get the droops.
