I need a good education on EC/TDS readings... I could just ask but that makes me look lazy, unless anyone wants to explain... and I can't find anything by searching. Basically I have reading of uS on my meter and I don't have a clue what they mean. PPM I'm assuming at 240 is the small amount of nutrients I added. The only other two settings are pH and this uS which is at 530.

Ph is your acidic/basic level from 1-14 PPm(parts per million) is a number to tell you how much TDS(total disolved solids) are in your nutes, and i dunno about the other one, those two u should know ur way around pretty well before u start anything.
