Germination Nutes or Seedlings Nutes?

ON GH's website it says to soak Rapid Rooters in 200pm Flora Bloom for germinating but their pdf guide for waste to drain nutes says to use 1.5ml of Flora Bloom, Mirco, and Gro for Seedlings.

I now have half my plants sprouted and in need of more nutrients but I still have half of them that haven't even sprouted and some that haven't even germinated.

Can I start using the 1.5ml of each GH Flora 3-part or could it burn the germinating seeds?

I was thinking maybe just try 1ml of each and bring them up.

I know they suggest that but for what your growing they don't really need nutes untill about 2 weeks old. I would let the ones that need to germ pop before adding anything.
