The time changed and my timer really messed up so for 1 day only it got about 11 hours of darkness. Now its back to 12 hours of darkness Will this effect the plant at all?

only one day shouldn't hurt,if it does we are all screwed

Not at all, think about the plant in it's natural enviroment, consecutive days very rarely get the same amount of sunlight.

You can flower most indica dominant strains under just 10 hours of darkness..14 hours of light gives bigger harvests.

They should always get triggered with 12/12 though until flowers show, then you can roll back the darkness an hour or two no probs. Extra light = more bud.
