To replace an enzyme all I can think of is for fish products. It's close not exact but very close. I don't know any home remedies for good bacteria. You could save some of the old water and reuse it once. Example if you have 5 gallon res you can reuse one gallon to get the microbes. Then give it new Ph adjusted nutrients for the other 4 gallons. Just make sure you re-balance the water once you add the old water to the new water. That should hold you over until you can get to the store.

I placed all my baby's in the new 2'x4'x4'veg space w/400w MH + fluoros...
Oh yeah...It has a a/c floor register, right in the middle of it a small fan
I have the MH 12 inches or so from my 2 bigger seedlings, with ease of adjustment another 6 inches, more by adjusting light, and I have the 6 blues
under my 3 45w cfls w a 4' tube running down the wall...
Anyway friends, the ol' lady might be callin' for help!!! Please watch out for her, under my name...
