Has anyone tried this

Has anyone tried this, http://www.weedfarmer.com/cannabis/h...tems_guide.php

I have done a couple of soil grows but have never used a hydro system. I looked at this set up and it seemed nice and simpel for my first time. Has anyone tried it? What do you all think? If you dont think it is any good could you sujest a better set up? How well does making your own work? Would it be better to buy one? Thanks guys.

very nice page and setup...simple drip method...this is the way Zandor grows I beleive, at least when he is not testing something for somebody..anyway, I think you will be fine with a setup like that, as long as you go slow and easy and get good advice from the growers here at these forums...plenty of people use this method
you will need a timer for your system...I don't use drip although I am building system with DWC, sprinklers and drip, if necessary, so you will have to wait for one of our bros to chime in..goodluck and we will watch for your query's as you post them...

I wasnt gonna go for the drip method. I was gonna go for the hand watering set up. It just seemed a lot simpeler and a lot cheeper to set up and run. If you dont think this would be any good let me know and I will see if I can afford the drip method. Thanks for the advice.

that is the drip method my friend...go get it, or build it, I would! there is nothing wrong with that setup and you have total control over what ":you" feed your plants. I can't afford to buy systems, I get so much more by building myself...goodluck and let us know when you get it...

I have been looking in to this more but am still not quite shure what im gonna need. Other than the settup itsself im gonna get.
Sensi Bloom Ref : Size 2 litres
Sensi Grow Ref : Size 2 litres
pH Down Ref : 250 ml
pH Up Ref : 250 ml

Will this be all I need to use the kit? I allready have a ph test kit that runs from 6 to 9, will that be O.K? I want to grow 3 or 4 plants, will the amounts im buying be enough? Is there anything ive missed?
