thinking of changing from soil to perlight vermiculight mix using pot culture can i still use bio bizz feeds

How large is your plant? It depends on whether or not the roots have had time to become root bound in the pot. Pics would help, but I'd say you can continue to feed your plant as long as it is not in an infant stage. No fertilizers are really needed till the third set of leaves start developing. regardless, ferts should be fine without regards to soil, just make sure to monitor how much you use and the pH.
(if the plant is rootbound, transfer to bigger pot with new soil mixture)
id keep some potting soil in your mixture though, check out the forums for more info on soil mixes.
