Just a few questions, i am a complete novice.

Gonna start a grow using NFT.

1. Am gonna buy budget kit from Growell.co.uk, includes 250 w hobby bulb, is this bulb good enough for 2-4 plants?JK
What sort of yield would each plant produce?

2. Gonna grow in a Growell Grow Tent 1m x 1m x 2m, Do you recommend any ventilation products to help with heat distribution?

3. What are the best seeds to start off using NFT?
Where do you recommend i buy genuine female seeds?

4. Anyone got any small NFT setup pictures i could have a look at to get ideas?

i personally don't think nft is the way to go, but I can give you a ballpark to shoot for flowering under a 250hps...I just grew in a 5 gallon bucket/bubbler and yielded 1/4lb dry. goodluck

I don't know about the rest but s is in the UK. I have ordered from him a couple times. He sells for alot of breeders. Dutch passion has fem seed and a few other on there too.

yes you will need an intake and exhaust fan in order to alleviate high temps.

I've got the smaller NFT tank from growell (Gti205 20L rather than 40L). I sucessfully grew 4 plants under a 400w HPS no problem - those NFT tanks are great, growth rate in incredible.

With the grotank you have you'll easily be able to fit 4 plants in as it's twice the size of mine, maybe even 6-8 in my honest opinion.

But yes, exhaust fan is a must

I here some use flourescent and some use hps, What wattage and type do u reccommend?

i use a 250w mh for seedlings and veg but a fluorescent light will be better than an hps. obviously you dont start the seeds in the nft tank...

I'm jealous. NFT is one of the best yielders. If the power goes out, your plants die though. NFT is tricky to do properly. Be careful and good luck.

Only if you would like your plants to live.

The same seeds you would use for DWC, dirt, floating slabs, and all other kinds of grows: the kind that sprout.
