Chlorosis spots?

I have been noticing lately that my leaves on my plant have been getting these tiny spots. They are very tiny spots......... hundreds of them real close together. Its as if the leaf was misted with bleach on certain areas of the leaf. These spots are not yellow. It's just a lighter shade of green than the leaf. One of the top leaves has it, one of the middle leaves has it and a bottom leaf has it. They seem to be more prominent near the margins of the leaf blades then fill in the rest of the leaf. Other than this the plant looks very health. There are no brown or burn spots or any yellowing. These are not eggs (looked under a microscope) just looks like a loss of chlorosis. I have seen no sign of infestation of any kind. (My ladybugs in there are starving) The underside of the leaf looks perfect ( no loss of chlorosis there). Her hydro solution is pureblend pro grow. She's under compact flor. lighting. Any thoughts? The picture isn't very good, I'll have to get a better camera.

That pic really does suck but you just perfectly described the chewing marks left by flying pests (whiteflies and/or thrips).

Dust a little diatomaceous earth around, and give them a squirt of neem.

Keep neeming them and you should see improvement.

Go to Home Depot and buy yellow sticky traps.

Post them right at the base of the plant. If you still have any pests, they will land on the traps and you will be able to see them.

I don't claim to know the first thing about growing anything; hell, I can't make a Chia pet sprout.

if you already have signs of pest ,,,best to attack it now , hard and fast, neem is a good preventitve, and gives the plant resistance to attacks from pests but is not efficient at killing them! there are plenty of pesticides out there, for wite fly i use chas,, or confidor, they are both agresive but as the plants are still in grow it wont be a problem!,, also try using a leaf nutrient like algamic,,,
lastly a potasium soap sollution can be added to all these items, and helps to soften the insects and there lava or eggs, thus aiding the chems to do there job
so good luck!
and welcome to the world of never ending possibilities,,,,hydroponics!
