Looking to either buy or build quickly a hydro set up for about 10 - 18 med. sized plants but only have limited space- 16 inch depths in my closet. Any one can offer a good buy off the web or a quick ez-at-home to make set up...

too many plants...not enough space...you are going to have serious issues. peace

latewood is right. That kind of space not not appropriate for very many applications unless you get super creative. Not to put you down but you need to do some research on the fudamentals of hydro and account for the space and maintenance it will require before you can be that creative.

Try searching the forums for "stealth" grows.

wheres the pot going, and the lamp! what you left with is about 6 inches hight to grow and flower in,
if your cloest is 16 inch wide go for two 9 inch square pots next to each other, by as many as ya can get in long, butted up to each other!
dont sound like ya have enopugh room for a resevoir let alone a sytem!
grow them in a good quality soil for ease!
i presume this is your first grow!
