hello guys and gal i just when and got some call-mag.. i'm growing in a 5g dwc and my plants r 3 weeks old in vegging.. how much would i use? the bottle says 5 to 10 ml per gallon. what do u all think i should use? thanks for any replys

I go 50% Cal Mag and 50% nutes...if I want ppms at 1000 then I use 500ppm Cal Mag and 500ppm nutes....I have had problems trying to use less with deficiencies....may be my strain (bagseed) .....or me.....

I use 3ml per gallon. 15 ml per 5 gallon bucket. I only use it in every other nutrient mix. (I used to use it everytime, but Zandor once told me that he doesn't use it every time, or very lightly at times)

calmag is essential if you use distilled ot Reverse Osmosis water

After using all kinds of additives, I now use basically 3-part, and occasionally Liquid Karma, and calmag+.

Best thing is to mix 3-part correctly and watch you plants...they will show deficiency, and that will tell you when to use your additives.

On another note: I feel that since cutting most additives from my everyday nutrient recipe...My Pot tastes better. peace

I have the same problem as you with the defiencies. What is your water ppm out of the tap? Mine is 34-36 so I really need it.

mine is like 165ppm...
