I am still fairly new to growing in general. Hydroponic growing seems pretty sweet.

I am looking for a book that can run through the basics of this cultivation method.

As well it doesn't have to apply only to Ganja Growing. It actully might be better if it didn't As I plan to learn on Tomatoes untill i get the full hang of it.

but personally It is whatever you growers feel is a good book to get my hands wet with.

Somthing to run me through (with picts perferably) all the different methods and setups. general stuff. for somone with little to no experience.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

No one reads Books? hahahhaha

I see lots of them on Chapters.ca or amazon. but I don't wanna buy just any old book. I want a good book.

Someone help me... I guess any how 2 grow MaryJ in Hydro book will be good. and I can apply the some of same principles and ideas to Anything grown in Hydro. (ie my tomatoes)

come on somone give me a good boook.... or a starting point

I have yet to find a good beginners book on hydroponics. What I was looking for was something that would go step by step. Unfortunately I found that there were too many different systems and too many different methods and the books themselves were simply too generalized to be helpful. I got lucky and found a very knowledgable hydro guy who held me by the hand until I understood enough to dig into a book....good luck

yeah that kinda makes sense.

I need a runthrough of how the main concepts work. perhaps Ill check the local grow stors to see if they have anything.

Like I mentioned theres lots of books but I can only see the cover online. I can't actuly look at them. And they don't stock those books at the book stores. not even in the City Toronto.

Im still searching. If not I may just take a chance and grab a common hydroponic book. Ill look at which one has sold the most or somthing.,

Anyone have any other ideas? or better yet any books?

I read reviews about the other books you guys have listed and more seemed to like this one. Because it wasn't just for newbies. As well it has alot of genitics stuff in it. Im only just starting this book and it seems pretty good.

I was really just looking for a book to run me through how Hydroponics works and the setups etc. Mainly yes for growing my Ganja in the future but also for growing my houseplants and veggies. this summer.

regardless im sure the main principles are the same. I am going to pass by the local grow store to see if they have anythign that catches my eyes.

Anyone ever read this book by Greg Green? Any opinions?

i'm sure they are all good. The bible i have is full of breeding and genetics, plant biology, fluid dynamics (air flow), electrical physics. It's crazy good shit

Yeah I actully found a PDF link to the whole book I bought. I guess somone posted after the ripped it off.

I wasn't going to buy the book cuz I was like I have the whole book. But I find it annoying reading off a computer screen and im not going to print 400 pages. plus I like boooks.

I also treated myself to The Cannabible3 which is a picture book of Buds its pretty cool so far. Lots of neat info on the culture.

There are two I love--both have sections on hydroponics but not enough to be really helpful to me...One is the one you have; the other is Marijuana Horticulture by Jorge Cervantes. JC also puts out a book on indoor growing that I was not impressed with but maybe others like it. I have yet to find a good one with more than vague info on hydro.

this is the best book I have bought for cultivation. It was on page you linked...in the buy both of these.

Another idea is to use cannabis dot com's many threads on the subject...

Hydro is real easy...especially if you keep it simple and keep up with your grow...
