Got a REAL lucky tonight???
Went to Parents house tonight and parents had took everything from attic down and they had a older " HONEYWELL" h.e.p.a. Air system and it has two filters and the one is a active carbon filter. Mom said this thing cost over $100 when new and had only used it a month. We took it and bought a new carbon prefilter tonight and hooked it up and it seems to be doing GREAT. Hell better then paying close to $100 or more for those homemade ones off net and this thing has three speeds and all..
ANYONE else ever use one of these and if so how do u like them??? Seems to be doing great with our hydro grow room.

P.S. Seen alot of these on ebay pretty cheap right now.... hint ..hint..wink ..wink...

HEY ORANGEMAN

GO to ebay and you will find alot of them for under $30-$50 that is alot cheaper than some of the homemade looking ones on ebay and I PROMISE more powerful than them. And the carbon replacement filter needs replaced like very 3-5 months and is ONLY $10... per filter and is double wrapped.
We were just ready to buy one of those home-made looking ones off ebay on Sat. and ran into this one at parents house. My feelings is they r well worth the weight in gold compared to other ones.And we only sat ours on the FIRST setting and it cleaned room in like 3 minutes flat.

I recently picked up a different honeywell unit. Hepa and antibacterial.

I'm liking it already. Good stuff.
