Fluoro Tubes?
Hi everybody. I have recently started growing Nirvana bubblicious plant which i got as a seed from a buddy of mine. I have bought 2x36 W fluoro tubes for the lighting. One is DayWhite and one is WarmWhite. I was just wondering if this is enough light to grow just 1 plant in a small closet? Any help will be very much appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Below is my pgirl. She is only 1 month old and i just recently switched to 12/12 cycle for the flowering. This is my first time growing so this is kind of an experiment and i was wondering if the little horn-like things on the second picture are where the buds are going to be? + if u have any comment about if the plant looks healthy or not, i will be more than glad to hear it.
