Thumbs up

Good Luck with the grow......fall is my favorite time to germinate seeds. The temps will be dropping as winter arrives and Thanksgiving/Christmas is an excellent harvest time....

Update on the Blueberry AF ladies.

Doing well close to ready, trich's need to fill out a little.

3 different pheno's, #2 is pineapple fruity, #3 is berry & #1 is slight fruit and dank.

Shadow Haze f1's were not good, only got 1 fem out of 6 and she might herm as balls have popped up on a couple nodes.

Got 2 PTF ladies and one looks spectacular.

Those spent the first 6 weeks under CFL's 4-100 watt equavalent I think 27w each. Timer set 20/4, then I had to move them under my 400HPS on 12/12. Just put them back on 20/4 under 400MH along with some other vegging plants.

I think you mean 26w, only because thats what im planning on using. But i could be way off too. I can sure tell they work, wow. But im not sure what to use to bud with. I have 8 26w cfl's 100 equivalent, same as yours, but no 400MH. That may be the deal breaker there. All together 14,400 lumen's i think, if i did my math right. The box said 1750 lumen's each bulb. I just got em under 2 at 24/0, till i get 5 y splitters and 1 more hook light. Not sure how to compare the 400 MH to my 8 26w CFL'S? Il check it out. Im curious if im close, but MH is different light spectrum isnt it? I need to move my log here and not tryin to jack your thread. Just getting started and paranoid il mess something up. Il be moving over here in the afternoon tomorrow.

If i get close to what ya got going on il be very happy

23w CFL = 1600 lumens = 69.6 lumens/watt
30w CFL = 2000 lumens = 66.7 lumens/watt
40w CFL = 2600 lumens = 66.3 lumens/watt

compared to

150w HPS = 14000 lumens = 93.3 lumens/watt
250w HPS = 28000 lumens = 112 lumens/watt
400w HPS = 50000 lumens = 125 lumens/watt
600w HPS = 90000 lumens = 150 lumens/watt

Found this in a sticky, so 400 HPS blows away the CFL'S, but the grow space would have something to do with it wouldnt it?

LSY,

I know when I transfer plants from the CFL to the HPS or MH light things take off. But the CFL's are great for veg and lower operating cost.

I am going to try and go CFL all the way from germination to flower. Just to see how it can turn out. I have seen some real good ones on this site.

Well thats my plan now. I have all CFL's on them. I never relized how bright they were. I only have 2 26w on them and there 2 weeks old, but there small, i mean really small. But i had them under 1 CFL for about a week and a half, now that iv put them under 2 theyve doubled in size in 4 days, but cant wait to get 4 of them on them on em. Il get a log going soon, cuz i have pics from start. We could compare notes? Oh and sorry about the double post, i tried to re word something and just noticed it happen
