If you ever feel like your having a problem with the water penetrating your soil you can use a couple drops of dish soap and that will help the water get saturated into the soil! That's of course if you didn't know that already

ohhh i didn't know that yet actually but that's a good idea. wouldn't the soap raise the pH? btw im starting to get pissed bro, day 28 and this bitch ain't flowering, all i get is some hair and a whole bunch of tiny fucking leaves that don't do shit all. i think i might've fucked up with the nutes or somethin

What's your feeding schedule like and how much nitrogen are you giving them as to phosphorus?

i feed up to 2 times a day. my water has cal max at 2-0-0 and bloom at 1-4-5 and liquid karma which has nothing so in total it's 2-4-5 but im thinking i put too much in it. i would give the ppm but i don't have anything to tell me that

Correct me if I am wrong but the ratio is 3-4-5? When flowering starts you want little to none on the nitrogen. You want the P for sure, but you want to starve it of nitrogen so that the buds can use up all the available nutrients in the leaves. It also helps run the chlorophyll out of the bud, which also helps in the taste department.

IMO though, your plant looks fine to me! Massive bush. It will start, just give it time!

lol no, you're totally right. but it's weird cuz i'm starting to see N def starting from the bottom leaves. i was actually reading around and found out that lowryders apparently like less food so im gonna back down, i'm at 4mL as opposed to 5mL per 2L of water and i'll probably go even lower if nothing changes. day 30 is tomorrow and im not seeing what i usually see at this time

This is how it looks overall, you can see the bud sites, the branches that get close to the light are actually really fucking thick and bushy, i can't believe how much the few inches towards the light a difference can make:

Here's from Day 26 all the way to Day 33. Notice how much bushier and taller and further up the main cola is as well. So far it's just as bushy but a lot wider and a lot taller lol:

I'm amazed at how stout that thing is! Hugggge damn leaves! Mine have more of a sativa look to them! Buds and trichs are coming along GREAT though! This will probably be done mid Nov. I'm guessing!

Other than that, I bet you have thick dense buds on that! Can't wait to see them in about 3 weeks!

actually the closer to the top you get the more sativa the plant starts to look, maybe the leaves haven't filled in yet. and yes, i'm hoping mid november!! i can't wait to smoke this shit. unfortunately she wilts everyday because i'm away for work for 12 hours at a time

i wonder how that affects harvest size and quality... i think you should give coco a try sometime, i think my plant thinks i have a bigger pot than it actually does, hence wilting. i'll give you some tips to help you out cuz i think i pretty much know how to avoid all the crap now, except for the dreaded wilt lol

For AF plants, to me it would just seem easier to go with a soiless mix and go with something basic in the beginning with almost nothing in it for nuts then 2-3wks transplant to a better soil like Fox Farm Ocean or something similar, and then sit back and 2.5 months later you will be done. Of course I would still check run offs and all that but seriously after rereading your post you seem to over do just about everything for a plant that has been bred to just take off by itself. I can understand making sure it has everything it needs but with such a small time frame of life all that you are throwing at it seems to stunt something that is already a runt. I like how diligent you are about things but I am guessing a promix/light warrior/ocean forest blend with some lime or other buffer would have been not only easier but healthier then giving your plant everything in the cupboard from beginning to end. I totally dig what you are doing but it makes me rethink using them indoors. If space wasn't a factor for you would you still continue to pick them to grow?

what you just said is something i realized, i believe, in week 5. i noticed how i stunted the plant with too many nutes at preflowering and now iim paying for it

i think i would choose autoflowers again though just because the novelty hasn't worn off plus the fact that it's almost ready to chop lol i would consider a soil grow once i'm out of nutes, maybe a bigger pot with soil would dry out slower. i think im gonna be fucked when i go back to work cuz it's only been 5 hours since my last rinse and my medium is already getting hard from lack of water..... any ideas?

It just looks like normal aging of the pistils. (I think that's what you meant by the orange).

I haven't even used that medium myself but there must be tons of people who use it on here. Without a system in place you were going to just hand water the whole way thru or what? But since its towards the end of cycle pretty soon what things do you have at your disposal?

ok, that's a relief to hear, last time i grew i had some orange mould and it fucked up my buds, then afteri smoked them, fucked me up too lol

so far i've cut a hole in the lid of the original container and then put it on but it doesn't seem to be helping much, it must be mostly transpiration. i'm thinking of putting a the pot into a second yogurt container to maybe help, but that's all i can think of right now. i like woke up today not even from a 10 hour sleep and i take a look in my box and the poor thing's wilted again. i did realize though that i should use pure water to unwilt her because of the concentration gradient inside the plant's roots, no wonder it takes forever to get her back up when i use my nutrient solution to fix her

i've also decided that i'm going to be using a folgers container next time i grow, not the small ones, the big ones. plus i'm gonna reduce light when i'm at work, i'll put it back to 20/4 instead.

something odd i've noticed is that i don't really smell the plant. like i know by this time it should smell really strong but it doesn't... it's either cuz i let it wilt too often so it's like "fuck you, i'm not makin any oils for you bitch" or cuz i have this lamp that emits ions that break down odours:

ok i'm at day 39 and i'm getting very little smell which is NOT normal. i know all the plants i've grown before smelled enough to stink up my apartment. and it's usually this disgusting strong smell too. plus my buds aren't getting any thicker like they should about this time.

Bought some new pipes for my new budz! The wooden one is for social occasions, it lets you keep your stash in the bowl while it's in your pocket. The soapstone one has leaves on it and the bowl is like the central part of a flower:

find whatever post you want to +rep and hit the little grey scale at the top right (the middle one) on that post. It will then ask if you want to give a + or a - then a comment if you like.

HELP! lol i just checked my trichs and they're clear so if they're clear they'll be at their peak right? it's cloudy/clear now and i want to harvest to get that clear up head high pero the joint doctor says it should flower for 7 weeks and this is only the end of my 4th week... does it matter?? i've flushed for 4 days now and a lot of leaves have fallen off. i want the trichs that'll help me with working out cuz i like not feeling the pain, it makes it easier to push myself
