    noob study and advice pls

Hi i have one plant on the go as a learning curve for myself it could turn out to be male but im on a budget of nil and scraping by so here is my first attempt at a grow.
Any help would be great dont know what strain it is the seed came from some weed i bought its about 5 weeks now since planting and up untill now i had it under 2x 2 ft t8 18 w bulbs and it seems to be going ok (i think)
take a look at the pic s

I have recently got 2 x20 watt philips tornado 1350 lumen bulbs it says there 115 watt equivelent and am planning to put them on the plant and i think the 2 ft tube has about 1150 each tube so roughly i think i have about 5k lumen is that about right for one or two plants in a small 2 ft x 2 ft space does the plant need to be transplanted soon i also have some tomato plant food 4.0 2.0 5.0 when should i start using this have noticed a small yellow spot on a middle leaf the past two days but it has not got any bigger or spread since all help welcome pls

    feed

i am watering when the soil is dry about every 3 days and once a week feeding with tomato plant food 1/4 capfull in a 2 l bottle dilute as it says on the label,
have only fed them twice but the browning of theese leafs started before i fed them for the first time
When i water i add water till i see water coming out of the end of the pot and let it finish draining till the drips stop
i am starting to see a couple of leafs in the middle of the plant devolope some small yellow spots and some leaf tips turning slightly brown/red .
I am growing in gen purpose potting compost that drains well, the plants are about 5/6 weeks old now when should i think about transplanting here are some pictures.. any help would be great thanks

I know you said your on a budget of nil, but you need some better neauts than what your giving them. I use botanicare pro grow, pro bloom, liquid karma, hydro-plex, bud candy, and clearex to flush. This gets great results but is a bit expensive. You could get by with pro grow, pro bloom, and liquid karma. About $60 bucks total for a quart of each which would more than do for your grow of these plants.

new lights and bio biz nutes

plants looking good now i think ,,, have followed the instructions and fim the plants instead of topping them i am getting new growth after 3 days and nice dark green bushy growth below the are about one and a half feet tall now and are in 6 inch pots about two weeks now. i have got them this far on two 2 ft t8 tubes 18w each.

i have now bought a 150w power plant cfl 2700k for flowering and am wondering when to switch it over to 12/12 the plant is a bagseed it looks like a cross breed of indica and sativa have not yet needed to feed the plants and there still doin good.

will the plant still grow when i flower it? as im a little worried about height of my growspace and i have some bio biz blooming nuterients will i give them everytime i water as it says on the bottle ? currently im watering twice a week when they seem dry any help on these questions would be great thanks in advance.....
