12-12 start today. How they looK?

Well this is my first grow and today is the day I start on the 12-12. I believe 2 are males and 2 females. I hoping on 3-1 tho. Take a look at my pics and tell me what you think.. 1 of them have yellowing leaves that turn brown. Anyone know what this is?

Take a look at the close ups of the stem/node are on the one. Would you say male or female?

    Thanks

    the problem is potassium deficient.

add fresh water without any feed for a few days then adjust the nutrient solution.

also you can leach the soil.

    hope this helps.

The bigger two have been in veg for about 2 months, the other smaller 2 about 1.25 months. I have successfully figured out the two smaller and the biggest ones are females from seeing the white hairs. But the one I'm still unsure of is the short and bushy one. It seems to be a different strain than the other 3.

And yeah Garden Knowm, there really aren't any alternating nodes. I mean even on the one's that are 2 months old. But they for sure have to be mature enough to flower..right?
