Thread: Second Bagseed Grow

These are 11 days from being planted and put under CFLs.

I would like to better document my grow this time around.

I will mostly just show pictures of my plants growing not really babble about them so much but feel free to comment.

We're off to the races in the veg state.

You are off to a good start To me, plants so much better in their first couple of weeks under CFL's rather than a strong hot light.

I see you paid $.73 cents for those nice looking terra pots

Hmm ... are your lights concentrated in the middle, or were the outer plants planted later?

They were all planted at the same time, they just sprouted at different times.

These plants are going to be under CFLs from start to finish. I'm poor.
Those terra pots are perfect for seedlings and easy on the budget!

A couple days later and you see the growth!

Quite possibly one of the ghetto-est setups I've ever seen.. but it looks like it's working well

I used some CD cases as well but then I upgraded to my old rusty barbell weights for height adjustments. I also use a gallon of paint can to station my light fixture allowing all four lights facing outward around the can with a plant or two under each bulb. You're better off growing with a ghetto setup than having to go to the ghetto to buy

Well, I transplanted the seedlings today as they looked to big for their pots.

I also added a small dose of ROOTBLAST (2-1-2)

Here are my plants.
I started LSTing about 3-4 days ago.

Very nice, those pots will be fine until the plants are about double the size they are now.
When you transplant them you will discover why I don't use terra cotta pots. The root ball slides out of PLASTIC with much less damage.

looking good LST is the way to go they look amazing once they start to flower ill check back time to time

Damn, well this will be the last time I will use them. I plan on buying some square pots from the hydro store. These clay(terra cotta?) pots are just some that were lying around the house. I have 3 more plastic pots with holes for tying during LST...those will do much better with my other 3 seedlings

sounds like a good grow man, dont forget terra cotta pots also suck out moisture

And more difficult to tell when soil is dry with terra pots if you water using the weight system like I do

Just get a moisture reader at Homedepot its cost like 8 bucks and that way u could know when plants need water.

Ok so I've run into a few minor problems but grow is still going ok.
I was skeptical at first but i think the foil tape I used in the grow box is creating hot spots on my plants.
I also haven't had any funds to get anything for my plants.
That's about all....they do seem to be growing well

The second pic is of my old cat...she's from the streets but old age is catching up with her...she keeps getting her ass whipped...I've seen her whoop some dog ass and kill alot of animals but now i feel bad for her.
Perhaps i should add some cannabis to her diet...

I also but the plants on 18/6 light cycle after being on 24/0 since planted

Hey, Bodom Children Of...good grows, man. Definitely. Just had to stop by to say HI. Checked out some of your posts and I have seen your grows here in my last couple months "lurking." Keep it up.

I will be posting shortly with some pictures and a grow log that I found on my doorstep one day. It was weird how it just appeared like that with a CD full of pictures too! WHAT LUCK! Anyway, it seems that guy made a cab similar...very similar to your rubbermail grow box. Will show you soon. Nice to meet you, by the way.
