Question Fans, Fans, Fans

How much cfm's would it take to cool 140 Cubic foot room with a 1000 W HPS? We've been fluctuating between perfect temp and tooo hot becaue of lowering the lights. Right now we've got a 110 CFM inline moving heat out of the cool tube into the bathroom, a 100 CFM bringing in fresh air, and a 167 CFM connecte the the carbon scrubber moving air out. The temp a week ago was perfect 75 F. moving the light, about a foot down has increased the temp to 90 F. We don't understand how moving the light down could increase the temperature so much (honestly I don't even understand how moving the light would change the temperature AT ALL) I've heard we need like a 400 CFM for the cool tube any suggestions????? THANKS
