cfl tube

hi guys im looking for a bit of advice on lumens.. i have just added a cfl tube (white spectrum) to my grow box for some extra light under the canopy. the plants are flowering .. so is it pointless adding a cfl tube as its the wrong spectrum or will it do some good.

Dayzt1 is an unknown quantity at this point
...looks like you've got a pretty thick canopy to be using lighting that far down and in the middle of your crop. Maybe do a bit of trimming in the lower parts of the plants and then revisit this idea - you also want to avoid having any leaves touch the light of course... with the think bush down there (no pun intended) it will be hard to get the light up into your lower canopy without trimming it back a little....from what I can see in those pics.

Lightbulb Hon,

It won't hurt! More light is always good. Won't cost a fortune to do. So go for it!
