I've got an update.

Me and my dad just got back from court. She made a huge mistake

She had a TPO served to us last week, so we took her to court about it. Basically, she served me a TPO for nothing, and my dad a TPO for threatening her. After a few minutes of nothing, they decided to work it out outside of court. What she doesn't know is, she can no longer file a TPO or family violence suit against us. Thus, the only thing she can do now is a restraining order, which she won't have to once she gets moved out or we move out and we file a charge against her My dad found out that she recently bought car insurance for her ex boyfriend on my dad's account. We have prove that she did it, in her handwriting. It's a only a misdemeanor, but it is a start.

On another note, I lost my job. Take care everyone.

Force a confession out of her..blackmail her..you gotta have some kind of juice on her

damn dude that sucks... file a restraining order on her after this is all done haha. hope it goes well for you, hope that c*nt gets what she deserves.

look if this is really something you are serious about then dont be coming here for legal advice. if you were really set up then you need to go get an investigation...its your constitutional right. all i know is that you were caught with pills and our country's legal system has no time for kids who get caught with controlled substances (the pills you were framed with). i was caught dealing pills in my school and it is most definitely a felony and marijuana possession is only a misdemeanor. The court system, depending on where you live, may want to make an example out of you and hit you with some jail time to scare all the other kids away from pills.
my advice to you....get as many letters of recommendation as you can. think of any adult that you have ever been in contact with and ask them to write you a letter, have your parents write a letter on behalf of your character, if you are still in high school then get involved in as many extra curricular events in the school as possible, community service is ALWAYS good, consider enrolling in a rehab course. Trust me doing all of these things now will help keep you out of jail. I dont know how much you have found out as of now but you are looking at some pretty serious crimes (not to scare you). mine was a class B felony for dealing a controlled substance, i got smart and took steps to make sure i didnt go to jail, i got 6months probation, 40hrs community serivice, and a suspended license for 6 months, and i got all of that from dealing 1 pill for $4. the courts are serious about this now because its becoming a major problem.

Well it's been awhile but I have an update. After waiting for my arraignment for quite a few months, I finally went and got the felonies dropped. However, I still got screwed. There is no evidence against her, so I couldn't take her to court. I had to plead guilty to the misdemeanor and the prosecutor agreed to drop all the felonies. So I still end up with a pretty big fine and probation. Since I had to plead guilty, they could charge me fully.

I hope the felonies are off my record now. I haven't been able to get a job for this whole period. I'm still disgusted at the bitch, but life goes on.
