Thread: Court in 5 Days.

I go to court in 5 days for my possesion of marijuana charge but it is only a pre-trial meeting. I have a lawyer and he told me to be able to pass a test in a month so I quit for a month+. My first date got cancelled because my lawyer was in a jury trial so I figured my re-scheduled date would be another month away. So I smoked a hash/weed blunt last night and come to find out my re-schulded date is in five days. So now im regretting doing this and am freaking. Should I be worried about getting tested at this?

yes you should be worried that it might show up despite not smoking for the next 5 days.
And to prevent that, you should read the dilution sticky in the drug testing forum and the success stories of other using it. I think it should go w/o saying Dont Smoke ANYMORE!

Just be smart, read what you can about dilution here, and be fucking prepared. You have to be serious about this or you could get fucked depending on how much you were busted with, your lawyer will tell you what deal if any they will give you and its your choice to take the deal or not. If you show that your willing to comply they might just show you some mercy and not give you reporting probation, or even drug test you. little fine and some community service sounds fine to me.
