So I live in an apt and there was a bogus search warrant issued for the apartment across from mine. It scared the living shit outa me. I have found no MN cultivation laws on the web and am about to jump ship. Any Minnesotans or any offer any advice. I have cancer I have been ripped off buying from commercial "dealers" and I don't have an MM card cuz im in MN

Sorry about that, you're right... figured the cultivation laws would have been in there. I've looked at a few other sites, and surprisingly they're all saying (or not saying) the same thing. I know Minnesota has been making progress in changing compassionate use laws, but as far as I know nothing is official. All I can really tell ya is they don't take kindly to cultivation. I know certain cities have some growing wild an will w8 for you to pick/take some or the plant and get ya. If I am not mistaken either a couple years ago it was something like a hefty fine and also 1-10 plants in cultivation could get you 1-3 yrs. 10-50 can get ya 3-10 years with fines.
