In the process of starting some growing of my own and possibly ordering seeds off a website seedbank I was wondering what local and state laws are for possessing marijuana/hemp seeds. In other words, if there is no sign of growing/cultivating material, is it legal for me to possess these seeds? I've looked all over the internet for laws about this and have found almost nothing. I live in the eastern part of the US.

If you plan on ordering seeds to your home, then you should be man enough to take any and all consequences that may/may not come with it. Some of the better quality companies send stealth, so you should not really need to worry, but I guess better safe than sorry sometimes eh? I'm pretty sure though, it is illegal to send seeds to almost every state on the eastern part with a few exceptions.

Nah i was planning on sending them to a PO box or something of that sort but thanks for the response. By saying it's illegal in the eastern part of America you don't mean that I won't be able to receive them, correct? Like the discreet shipping probably will still work right??

If they send discreet you should be fine. I mean there is always a chance of them finding it, but they may just crush them or take them. I think the worse that may happen is getting a letter telling you they seized them. I lived on the east side and had no problems. Go with Hemp Depot or Attitude and I'm pretty sure you won't be dissatisfied.

they will just send you a letter at the very worst telling you they got them, 100% of the time they dont have time to check every lil ass envelope they are checking big boxs for big drug busts
