Arrested for cultivation. Looking for the chart of deaths from mj, alcohol, rx drugs etc.... I'm certain I can beat these guys if well prepared. Been on this site (mostly growing forums) for 10 years and know I've seen it here. I have enough knowledge to shred their case even with a trained monkey for an attorney. Cop took a 10 week course at junior colledge and he provided the tip. Saw my car at hydro shop and then the electric bill etc....... and obtained a warrant. I suspect (and will determine) that 10 weeks at JC was probably 4 hours a week. I should be able to discredit him as it took me years to obtain the knowledge I have about MJ.

That chart I speak of would only be used if I have to go to trial. I'll probably stop them after depositions, but you never know.

i dont think the amount of knowledge you have compared to a cop on the subject of mj matters squat to the court. you can show all day long that pot is safer than asprin, the health benifits of herb, the comercial benifits, and the tax angle. but the fact still remains you were growing pot. even in the states where medical marijuana is allowed you still have to have a card or some sort of registration to grow or consume. if you dont have that then you are breaking the law.
im not sure what state you are in. but first find out what the laws of your state are. if a medical defense is allowed then by god go for that. i would get a good pro herb lawyer and go from there. it like the old saying goes : if you cant do the time dont do the crime. and cultivation is far from legal in most states.
i am not trying to come down on you or say youre idea is full of it im just trying to impose how the other side will think. there view is: did you grow pot? if yes, then, is it illegal? if yes, then you are guilty. simple as that. a lawyer will also know how to get the jury you need too.
