I am currently working on a website about cooking with marijuana. What is the legality of posting pictures such as some taken to show the process of making cannabutter. I know many people post pictures online anonymously but if I were to post pictures on my own site where my name is available...would this be illegal and could I get charged?

my best guess is that it depends on the laws of your state or country. thats another area where it really eases one's mind being a medical cannabis user. as long as you dont show yourself breaking any of your local laws, i dont see how the hammer could come down on you as a result of posting a how-to.

Don't do anything, your not sure of....If you scared of the legalities, then maybe you should find another way to contribute without being so straight forward of who you are. Me personally commend you to make a cannabis cooking site because I personally get tired of source out all the recipes and would love to have a single site to dedicate to that, including be able to post our own recipes and tutorials. Go for it and make sure to PM me the site when done! I have a few recipes up my sleeve

As long as you don't have face shots. Or cover your face like the middle east.

If you are not in the pic's , then you could of gotten pic's from HighTimes or anywhere.

If you are in the pic's then they can be used against you. Pic's with you in them make everyone who see's them witnesses.

When they came and busted me they wanted my camera but they had so much buds it didn't matter. In the right (or wrong) hands it can be bad in the US, if you are in the pic's.
