Hi,

I'm looking for some information on what kind of penalties one could expect if caught growing marijuana in B.C. Clean record (if that matters)

If someone could shed some light on this I would be very appreciative, also maybe some specifics depending on the size of the grow, I thought I read the penalties being relative to size;

Low level 1-100 plants
Mid level 100-500 plants
High level 500+ plants

In what cases would you be looking at fines, probation, jail time etc...
