I have a 8 inch tall mj plant in a pot in the yard at my mothers house. Today I was there outside, and a plane flew over close enought that I could read siome numbers. Coulc the plane have identified the plant? Would they bust a 3 gram plant??

Probably couldn't tell what it was from that heighth but they usually have a good budget for highpowered binoculars so they might have seen it. But highly doubtful they would bother with 1 plant.

They were directly over me so I don't believe they could have seen it as most of the time they are looking to one side or the other. Fuck them if they bust me for a 3 leafer.

jesus,really? dude most people cant spot a 8 inch anything in front of them in a back yard that there not familiar with,u notice it cuz u put it there.but put the size of it and the fact that the plain is moving faster than any car on the high way,it would be impossible 2 see.try it for your self,the next time your a passenger in a car close your eyes and open them for about 3 seconds,in that time turn your head and try to identify anything u just saw"granted your traveling over 55 mph.not gonna happen. im not talking about a giant land mark but something about a foot tall.maybe some shrub or something.

It's just that the area has been known to have a lot of guerilla growers and leo actively looks for it. I guess I was worried that the planes went like directly over head kind of low. I was concerned that they had made an IR sighting and they were coming in close for confirmation. I have since relaxed some. Anyways less than 5g is same as possesion in my state, according to norml website.
