if i grow for a dispensry in colorado and i get raided would the police just take me or would they take me and my kid? please dont respond unless you have valid input

If you are the legal guardian, then chances are, yes. Your question is too vague to answer, and I'm going by the simple yes or no question you provided.

If your LEGALLY growing for a dispensary in Colorado and by the off chance you get raided because you cant keep your mouth shut. There is a chance CPS will get involved. If your growing ILLEGALLY and get raided because you can't keep your mouth shut - Yes, CPS WILL get involved and MAY remove the child, there are two big red flags here, in both instances, you didnt keep your mouth shut.

Now, with this in mind. If the feds go after your dispensary - They will go through all the books, and you WILL receive a visit. So if you hear your dispensary has had issues, you take care of your business. Otherwise, keep your mouth shut.

Once again. If your worried about getting raided, it's because your talking. Stop Talking. Don't show your friends, don't tell your family, shut up and grow
