Thread: why blunts and not joints?

Sup. Just wondering why some people prefer blunts than joints. I understand that blunts hold more weed than a joint. But u also gotta waste a little more money for buying that cigar. A joint, you just buy the papers, which dont cost that much compared to a cigar, plus you can just buy a larger size so it is as big as a blunt. OR is it because the blunt gives you that nicotine buzz or something? Also, isn't blunt unhealthy because it gots tobbaco, nicotince, or whaterver?

blunts don't burt till you suck it tastes beautifull (i recon) and one blunt can last a day wheras the bigger a zoot gets the more fragile it becomes. also somehitng about the ritual of trapping a greta big fat blunt

Same reason some people prefer joints over blunts, they just do. A ciggarillo is what $.38 with tax?????? Really not a waste to buy a cigar man lol. Anyways some people just like em who cares to each his own.

Some people just prefer blunts to papers, that's all. It's a personal preference.

That's like asking why someone would choose a bong over a bubbler...some people like using this, and some people like that.

Honestly it doesn't matter to me anymore. I love Cannabis, I love the buds. That's what I care about, not what I smoke it out of. I still like blunts but honestly I don't prefer them over anything anymore. I just use what ever I have on me at that moment.

yeah I think I might have to agree it is the taste of a blunt because I really can't figure out any other reason lol. I have a habit, I call it "my pockets" Each time I change my pants I empty a pocket and put it into the same pocket on the new pants, as a result I have had the same items in my pocket for months at a time, including a pack of papers (check out my spliff pic in the blunt rolling contest thread, the pack of papers look like they have been in someones pocket for months lol, and they have. Still with a pack of paper in my pocket at any given time I will grab my jacket and go down to the corner to buy a blunt

ya, i smoke blunts more when i am with friends because they burn slower and get more ppl high. i smoke them on my own too and it is mainly for that peach passion taste. i do prefer joints more on my own though because i don't use as much weed and it still gets me baked

I personally think blunts are better because yes, they do have a better taste, but they are also way stronger so you can pack more weed. A lot of people complain that packing more into a blunt is a hassle or a "waste" but seriously most of the people on this site grow so you can't tell them blunts are not worth it. I Like blunts also because they do contain more moisture and enable the weed to burn a little slower than it normally would. This way you get huge rips on demand where as a joint seems like it only burns down and you have to constantly make sure that it stays lit. Both are pretty lame though, big bong load does it for me.

i typically smoke mids in blunts, because the blunt kind of masks the taste, but i smoke g00d in my glass bowl.

blunts burn way slower, are more durable, and you can fit more bud in them. smoother hits than a joint (leaf vs. paper).

joints def love them ..... my fav papers are JOKER give them a try burn mad slow

blunts last longer, hold more, even get you higher (mostly cuz of it holding more and lasting longer)

if it's just me, or me and someone else, a joint is perfect, if it's 3 or more people, a blunt is more suitable....

if i'm just trying to get a good high going on, a joint is perfect... if i'm in the middle of doing something (say chilling with some people and watching tv/movies) a blunt is better suited...

each have their ups and downs....

when the bud's getting low, a joint is perfect, when the buds plentiful, a blunt is better...

blunts get you ripped out of your mind if rolled nice and tight..........And it gets more people high, and it tastes good, and it lasts longer........Blunts are fuckin amazing...............
