Thread: What to do with stems

Hi just wondering what if anything can be done with the stems left over once you have removed the leaves, I have a tin full, dont want to throw them away as there must be something you can use them for. Any ideas?

you can toss them in your upper and lower lips, thats what i do

Chuck em all in a big bottle of spirit (vodka, bercardi etc.) The higher the % the better. Leave it in a dark place for anything longer than a month (the longer you leave it the better it gets). Drink in shots and you get mashed.

I did one with about half O of stems in a litre of vodka for 4 months, had about 6 shots before a night out, and man was I fucked. I did drink alot more alcohol during the night and finnished off with some spliffs. It was a wicked night.

Give it a go if you have the patience to wait for it.

make hot chocolate with em. since you need fat to draw out the thc, lightly boil the the stems in milk for a few mins(constantly stirring) then pour the milk into a cup thru a strainer (if you wanna take the stems out) then add a packet of hot chocolate. delicious and gets ya high.

Funny post cuz Im just about done cooking about 6 months worth of stem.
I broke em up well, dewhateverized em in the oven @210 dgreez and put em in teabags, reclosed em w string and simmered em in milk smells and tastes pretty damn good the way it is!!!

Just make hash with the trichs on the outer. You need quite alot of stems though, but the hash is worth it.

How many stems do you really need for this to be effective?

I just chew on them, I like the taste.

hmm i have done lots of testing with stems and in my opinion honestly the best one to do is get a 1/5 of your favorite drink (for me its either jameson or seagrams' gin) and just put all your stems in it. Definately let it sit for alteast a week or two in a dark place. shake it up everynow and then to mix it. then once its been awhile it is forsure done soaking strain all the stems out and drink it. I cant drink it in straight shots however because it really hurts your stomach but making mixed drinks just really gets you messed up. This is what i usually do for UFC fights because one drink is enough to get you feelin real good..

ALso tea is nice but doesnt get you as high

There's a tutorial on how to make hash in the Recreational forum I think.

Whenever I have stems I just stick 'em in my bong and give the whole bowl a quick once-over with the flame, then dump it right away. I know it doesn't really get me high, but it's something to do I guess.

I don't think that'll get you buzzed though. THC's not water soluble so you have to bond it with fat, like milk fat, to release any THC. I think this is just for tasty tea.

Shaking. There was a video on WTM but they got hacked. Dont know if it's all back up yet or not.

Blender hash is a good way to make small amounts of hash. Just google 'blender hash'. You will need a large amount of stems to make even a little bit of hash though, at least 20g of stems I would say. I also saw that 'save your stems' vid lip and the site is still down.
