Thread: Cannabis Ruderalis results?

hey i was wondering if anybody here has grown the strain Ruderalis, supposedly it flowers once it hits a certain age and doesnt need to be changed to 12/12 lighting. if you have grown this strain, then what was the yeild of the plant after the harvest and what was the height of the plant? also, exactly how long did it take the plant to flower?

from what i have read they do not yeild any flowers and are better for hemp...though recall reading something about people mixing rud. with sativa's to make them stronger(durable) plants...no specific straings come to mind though.

They call them auto flowers, and I assume they're shitty low quality weed. Some people said they have bred them to make high thc but I seriously doubt that.

You don't want a pure Ruderalis - there's no usable THC in that breed.

Look for an autoflowering hybrid.

There's always a tradeoff when you add Ruderalis to a mix - to get that autoflowering capability, you lose a little power, a little yield, and probably a little flavour.
However, some of the newer ones are being marketed as high THC autos.
