Is their a limit on how much you can purchase at the dispensry??

Depends on the place. One place in Oakland said patients can get up to 4 ounces a day. But this other place I went to said they only up to 1 ounce per patient. So I'd call in the specific dispensary you're going to be visiting and ask them ahead of time.

That's it?!?! I hat buying in small amounts.I like to buy a half and up So my family doesn't smoke all my stuff up and I don't have to go back and fourth.Thanks for the advice anyway.

not too mention that if you get busted with more than one ounce on you its a felony.

State Law is 8 oz if you have your medicinal card and a Dr rec. In some counties in California you can have up to 3LBS. But if you do not have a docs rec. then yes over 1oz is a felony.

Call a dispensery before you visit to see how much you can buy at one time.

Yeah, those with doctor's recs (like me!) can carry up to a half pound (8 ounces) on them. Without one, over 28.5 grams is a felony.

Yea but what happened to him? And I'm pretty sure you can as many zips as you want at the richmond club. But I don't think there's a price break.

You said he's got card for 120 plants. I thought you said he got caught with 120 plants. Does he have a special circumstances doctor's note or is he a caregiver or what. I think the oakland law allows 72 plants in a 32 ft2 area.
